Here are some descriptions what each cottage can give your pets.
Buzzard Bough
One double, one single bedroom (on the same level)
Has a conservatory where your pets can be dried off should the weather be inclement and an individual grassed area where they can please themselves.
Large Lounge area for your other pets

Poachers
One double bedroom (on the same level)
Has a tiled entrance hall that can be used for your pets cleaning and comfort, should you wish.

Lambs gate
2 Double Bedrooms (one upstairs, one downstairs)
Entrance is through the tiled kitchen and into the tiled hallway. there is a double bedroom off the tiled hall way if they like your company at night.
Small fenced rear garden

Oak Tree 1 & Oak Tree 2
Oak Tree One (One Double Bedroom upstairs)
Oak Tree Two (An additional Double Bedroom if you wish upstairs)
This is an extraordinary cottage, during the refurbishment the available space has meant that it ended up with a tiled hallway and downstairs shower room & toilet.
So, no matter what condition your pets get into, you can clean them in the hall & downstairs shower / toilet
Plus an upstairs bathroom shower toilet.

Anglers 2 Bedroom or Anglers 3 Bedroom
It gets a little tricky now so pay attention
The Cottage next door to Oak Rest is Anglers, but if you combine the additional bedroom, the one that added to Oak Tree One, making it Oak Tree Two. Anglers One becomes Anglers Two, is that clear?

What we expect of you

Your pets will be parasite free.

That you will take all reasonable care of the property and its contents and leave them in the same state of repair and condition as at the start of the rental.

Domestic pets will not enter the first floor of any property or any bedroom of any property.

Pet baskets and blankets are used.
-
Every care will be taken to protect upholstery, carpets and the property’s furnishings.

You will bag and dispose any pet fouling in Newbarns main bins, situated next to the barn.

Pets will be kept under control at all times, leads used where required.

Newbarn Farm will terminate the rental of any persons failing to abide by these rules and additional costs may be incurred.

Termination of rental is the last thing we wish to do, we know you understand the reasons for the above and join with us to ensure everyone has a magnificent holiday.
